Websites & Conversion with branding, web design and conversion
Three services offered as one programme. The brand system, the site built from it, and the conversion work on the traffic that arrives. It is where the rest of your marketing budget lands.
Talk to us about your websiteWhen traffic arrives and nothing happens to it
The visitors are there. Somebody even mentions the website in passing, and the ad platform says every click was delivered.
You are not short of visitors. You are short of what visitors were supposed to become, and for most Ghanaian businesses that is a call, a form or a WhatsApp message that never happened.
-
People arrive, look and leave without calling, booking or ordering.
Nobody can tell you where on the site you lost them.
-
The enquiries do not match the traffic.
The analytics say the visitors are there. So does the ad platform.
-
The business keeps paying for attention at the top while the bottom quietly leaks.
Every month the gap between being seen and being contacted gets paid for again.
Why these three are one piece of work
Websites & Conversion is one piece of work in three parts, and between them they produce a site that turns attention into something you can count. A branding company in Ghana decides what the site says and shows. A web design company in Ghana turns that into a site that loads, that search engines can read, and that work. Conversion rate optimization in Ghana makes it earn more from the traffic that already arrives. Split them across three suppliers and each piece can look finished while the result never shows up, because the result lives in the joins.
This is also the foundation where the rest of your marketing is spent or wasted. Authority earns traffic and paid campaigns buy it, and both deliver to the same place, the site. If the site does not convert, both budgets are paying for arrivals that never become customers, and every upstream report still looks healthy while it happens. Among the rest of what we do, this is the only foundation that sits downstream of the other two, which is why an audit often looks here first.
Unlike generalist agencies that offer activity in silos, we offer these three as one piece of work, because what you are buying is the compounding.
What the three do
Three services make up the foundation, and they run in an order.
-
Where it starts
Branding
The brand system a site is built from. It comes first because a build has to be built from something.
-
The build itself
Web Design
Designing and building the site itself, from the architecture underneath the site to the launch.
-
What the build receives
Conversion Rate Optimization
Turning existing traffic into enquiries, which means earning more from the visitors already arriving without paying for more of them.
Each is part of this foundation rather than a service that happens to sit near it, and none of them makes its full case here. What this argues is the sequence. The brand system shapes the build, and the build hands its traffic to the conversion work.
The Ghana this foundation is built for
Three things about this country decide how a site has to be built, and none of them is a matter of taste.
Nearly four in ten of your customers are not in a city. DataReportal's Digital 2026 Ghana report puts the country at 60.6% urban and 39.4% rural, and you can go and check it. For everybody in that second group the brand, the site and the enquiry path are the entire business, because they are never going to walk past your door.
The network is rarely the reason a site feels slow. The same report counts 41.8 million mobile connections in Ghana, 119% of the population because people carry more than one SIM, and 96.0% of them are broadband-capable. A site that crawls on a Ghanaian phone is usually a heavy site rather than a slow country, which makes it a build decision and not an excuse.
Nobody can tell you how many Ghanaian businesses have a website at all. That figure is not published anywhere, so we will not quote one. What you can check yourself in an afternoon is narrower and more useful. Open the sites of the three competitors you worry about most and count how many let you enquire in one tap from a phone.
Which of the three you need first
Most businesses arriving here need one of the three now and the other two later, and the order is not a matter of preference.
Start with the brand system if the business is recognisable to you and to nobody else. A different logo on the Facebook profile and on the invoice, a colour nobody wrote down, a description that changes with whoever is typing it. A site built on that invents its answers as it goes, and invents different ones every time. The brand guide settles them once.
Start with the build if there is no site, or the site cannot be repaired. Nobody can update it without a developer, the structure grew piece by piece with no plan, or nobody can find the original files. Web design is where that starts again, and it is the dearer of the two ways in, which is why we say so before you ask.
Start with the conversion work only if traffic is already arriving. If people are landing and still not enquiring, conversion rate optimization is the cheaper answer, because it earns more from visitors you have already paid for.
If nothing is arriving at all, this foundation is not your first problem, and you will hear that on the call rather than after the invoice.

How the work runs, and where it ends
Each of the three runs in a sequence you can hold us to, and each ends where its own sequence says it ends. The ending is published rather than discovered.
The audit picks the starting point
Which of the three comes first is settled before anything is scoped, and you hear the reasoning rather than the conclusion. If nothing is arriving at the site at all, you hear that too, and this foundation is not where you should start.
What already exists, examined
The brand in whatever pieces it exists in today, the site as it is actually structured, and the analytics as they actually report. On most engagements something in that last one is wrong before anybody touches the design.
The work, in the order the diagnosis set
Distilling or defining the brand system, designing and building the site, or making conversion changes ranked by what each stopping point costs you. Whichever it is, the order was agreed in writing before it started.
Checked before anyone outside the team sees it
A brand guide is walked through with you and revised until it answers the questions your next real task will ask of it. A site passes accessibility and performance QA on Android and iOS handsets, not on a designer's laptop. A conversion change is measured against its own baseline. Nothing is called finished because the calendar reached it.
A published ending, and what follows it
The date comes out of the audit and goes into the written scope, so it is a commitment rather than an estimate. A brand guide ends as a document you own outright. A build ends with 30 days of post-launch defect fixes, after which maintenance and security are a care plan agreed separately. Conversion work ends every month against the written scope, and starts again.
This one is an ending.
The three endings are not the same, and that is the point. A brand guide ends as a document you own outright. A build ends with a defect window, so on the day something breaks you already know whose job it is. Conversion work has no single ending at all — it closes and reopens every month against the scope agreed at the start.
Nothing else we offer publishes its finish line like this, and we would rather publish it than have you discover it.
What is in scope, and what is not
The foundation's scope, in its own words. This is the full list across all three services. Which of them your engagement actually buys is decided by the audit and written into the scope, so you are never quoted for a part you are not getting.
In scope
- Discovery, and the diagnosis behind it
- The brand system, written down
- Site architecture
- Design and build
- On-site SEO foundations
- Analytics and conversion tracking installation
- Conversion copy for the core of the site
- Conversion changes, ranked by what each costs you
- Accessibility and performance QA before launch
- 30 days of post-launch defect fixes
Out of scope
What stays yours
What stays yours is broader than the legal text. Your domain, your hosting and your analytics accounts sit in your own name, paid by you, configured and managed by us, never billed through us and never marked up. The brand guide and every working file in it are yours whether or not the engagement continues, and typeface licences are bought in your name rather than ours. The same holds for anything else paid to a third party.
- Your domain
- Your hosting
- Your analytics and tag manager accounts
- The brand guide and every working file in it
- Typeface licences, bought in your name
- Anything else paid to a third party
What we put in writing
We are new, and there are no logos here and no numbers from past engagements, because none has been documented with consent yet. What it carries instead are commitments specific enough that you would know at once if we broke one.
Who does the work
On this foundation the founder runs the discovery himself, settles the brand system and the site architecture, writes the conversion copy for the core of the site, and does the final quality pass before anything goes live. The delivery network executes the design, the build and the production work under that control.
Two parties are involved in every build, and the line between them is published here rather than discovered in a handover.

Questions we get asked about buying the three together
The ones that come up before anybody signs anything, and most of them are about the choice between the three rather than about any one of them.
Do I have to buy all three, or can I just get the website?
You can buy one. Most engagements start with one of the three and add the others when the work calls for them. What the audit decides is which one is the smallest thing that would change the result.
We already have a logo. Is that a brand system?
A logo is one asset out of several. A brand system is the logo and how it may be used, the colour values, the typefaces and where each one is used, how imagery is treated, and how the business speaks. Settled means written down, so the next person producing a post applies it instead of interpreting it. Without that, a site invents its answers as it goes, and invents different ones every time.
We already have a website. Do we need a new one?
Often not. If the site can be edited, structured and measured, the conversion work is the cheaper and faster answer. We rebuild when the structure or the platform makes repair the more expensive of the two, and you hear which it is before you commit.
Our analytics and our ad platform disagree. Which one do we believe?
Neither, until the tracking has been checked. On most sites we arrive at, something in the measurement is already wrong, so conversion work starts by repairing the instruments rather than by changing the site. A change made without a trustworthy baseline cannot be judged, only admired.
Who owns the site, the domain and the brand files at the end?
You do, throughout. The domain and the hosting sit in your own account and you pay the providers directly, at their price rather than ours. The brand guide and the site files are yours whether or not the engagement continues.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Defects inside the first thirty days are ours to fix and cost you nothing. After that window, maintenance, updates and security run under a care plan or a retainer agreed separately, so it is always clear whose job it is.
Can you guarantee the new site will bring more enquiries?
No, and anyone who does is guessing on your behalf. What we commit to is an itemised scope in writing within five business days, tracking installed as part of the work so the answer is measurable at all, and a monthly report that says what did not work.
What decides the cost of this foundation
Nothing is priced before the audit.
Engagements vary too much for a price list, and a fee quoted before anyone has looked is a guess you would end up paying for. No figure will ever appear here. The audit produces the itemised scope and the fee together, and how an engagement is priced is set out in full.
Five things move the number. How much site there genuinely needs to be, which is decided by what you offer rather than by a template. Whether a brand system exists already or has to be written first. Whether there is an old site to migrate, and whether anybody can still find its content and its files. How many products or listings have to be loaded, since anything past an agreed item count is priced separately rather than absorbed quietly. And whether the conversion work starts at launch or waits until there is traffic worth reading.
What does not move it is what you pay your host and your registrar. Those accounts are yours, at their price rather than ours, and our fee buys the diagnosis, the build and the accountability.
Start with a call
Tell us what you offer, what the site is failing to produce, and whether anybody has ever written your brand down. You will hear what we would look at first, whether the problem sits in the brand system, the build or the conversion work, and whether this foundation is even the right one for it. Nothing is priced or signed at that stage.
Every enquiry gets a reply within one working day.
