Part of Paid Media On two platforms

A Facebook ads agency in Ghana, running Meta ads on Instagram too.

One account, one audience system, one report across both platforms. Which of the two gets the money is decided by what performs, not at the point of sale.

Talk to us about Facebook ads

When your buyers are scrolling rather than searching

That is the whole difference from search, and it is the difference a Facebook ads agency in Ghana is paid to work with.

The demand is not waiting to be met, it is waiting to be created, and it is created by an ad good enough to interrupt something more interesting than an ad.

What breaks
  • Nobody opens Facebook to buy something.

  • They open it to see what their cousin is doing, and leave having bought a thing they had not thought about that morning.

  • Businesses lose money here by treating that surface like a billboard people asked to see.

What this work is part of

Meta Ads is one of five services inside Paid Media & Growth Campaigns, the foundation of Marketing Parasite, a digital marketing and SEO agency serving Ghana. That foundation exists to produce qualified audiences and measurable demand.

This service covers the pair of platforms offered as a single service. The audit decides whether this is where your money belongs before any of it moves.

Part of Paid Media

Why Facebook and Instagram are one service

Because four things that decide how a campaign performs are shared between them, and none of them can be split without doing the work twice.

One account structure. The campaign is built once, in one place, and runs across both platforms from there. Two separate builds would mean two budgets, two learning periods and two sets of decisions, none of which can see the other.

One audience system. An audience defined once is available to both platforms immediately. It is not rebuilt, re-approximated or re-tested on the second platform, which is where duplicated effort usually turns into contradictory results.

One creative pipeline. Creative is produced for the pair rather than twice for one each. That matters commercially. A business paying separately for two creative rounds is paying twice for the work and once again for the confusion.

One reporting surface. Performance is read across both platforms together, which is what makes the placement question answerable at all. When the two are reported separately, the comparison is between two differently built campaigns rather than between two placements.

So a buyer weighing Facebook against Instagram is choosing a placement, not a service. That choice gets made inside the campaign, by what the numbers say, and it gets revisited when they change. If you arrived here looking for one of the two platforms by name, that is the answer. Both are in here, and neither is offered on its own.

What Facebook and Instagram advertising looks like in Ghana

The two platforms are not the same size in this market, and the gap decides where your money starts.

Facebook has 8.40 million users in Ghana and Instagram has 2.30 million. That is DataReportal's *Digital 2026 Ghana* report, and you can go and check it. The gap widens again when you look at what actually sends people to Ghanaian websites. Facebook accounts for 64.83% of social referral traffic and Instagram for 9.26%, on StatCounter Global Stats' Ghana figures for August 2026.

So a campaign that treats the pair as equal halves is working from a picture of somewhere else. In most Ghanaian accounts Facebook carries the volume, and Instagram carries a narrower, younger, more urban audience that is worth reaching for some products and not for others. Which of those your business is buying is a question the campaign settles with money, not one a proposal settles with an opinion.

There is a second figure worth holding on to. 74.6% of Ghana is online and 24.4% is on social media at all, from the same DataReportal report. Paid social reaches under a quarter of the country. That is not an argument against it. It is the reason this is bought as one instrument among several rather than as the whole plan.

What you get from a Facebook ads agency in Ghana

Three things, and the third of them is the one that decides whether the first two can be judged.

  • A campaign built for interruption, not for announcement

Ad copy and basic static creative made for a surface where the ad competes with the reason somebody opened the app.

  • Audiences you can explain

Structure and targeting set up so that who is being reached, and why, is a sentence you could repeat to your accountant, not a setting nobody remembers choosing.

  • Tracking before spending

Conversion tracking and attribution configured first, so the results are traced rather than assumed.

How a Facebook campaign is built and judged

The account comes first, the creative comes third, and the report has to say what failed.

The account, set up or audited

Nothing is built until the account is either set up properly or audited to find out why it is not. Where boosted posts and old campaigns have left a mess, the audit says whether it is worth repairing or worth replacing.

The structure the money will travel through

Campaigns and audiences organised so spending can be traced to a result, with conversion tracking in place before the first click.

The creative, then the running

And the constant adjusting that this surface demands more than any other, because the same advert stops working here long before it stops being true.

A written report, every month

Judged against the scope you agreed and the baseline documented at the start. Where the platform's own reporting cannot be trusted to be neutral about itself, the report says so.

Who Facebook and Instagram ads are for, and who they are not for

Two situations make this the right service. Two make it the wrong one, and you should know which before you enquire rather than after.

It is for you if what you offer is discovered rather than searched for. A restaurant, a salon, a clothing label, a furniture maker, an events business, a clinic offering something nobody thinks to look up. These are bought after somebody sees them, and seeing is what this surface does.

It is for you if you already spend here and cannot say what it returned. Boosting posts from the profile when a month looks thin, paying whoever has the login, running adverts from a personal profile. All of that spends money, and none of it leaves a trail anybody can read afterwards. The audit's first job is to find out what has actually been happening.

It is not for you if the demand already exists and is being typed into a search box. When people know what they want and are looking for it by name, the money belongs on search campaigns first, and we will say so.

It is not for you if there is nowhere for the click to land. An advert pointed at a site that cannot take an enquiry is a way of paying to lose people more efficiently. If that is your position, the website comes first and the campaigns come after it.

What is in scope

The foundation's scope, in its own words.

In scope

  • Account setup or audit
  • Campaign and audience structure
  • Keyword and placement strategy
  • Conversion tracking and attribution setup
  • Ad copywriting
  • Basic static creative
  • Ongoing optimisation
  • The reporting standard

What is out of scope

The first line below is a refusal rather than a boundary, and it is the loudest one this business makes.

The advertising spend itself

You pay the platform directly, from your own account.

A refusal, not a boundary Your advertising budget is yours, held in your own account, paid directly by you to the platform. We never buy it on your behalf and never mark it up. On paid media the money passing through is usually larger than the fee, which makes this the easiest place in the industry to take a quiet cut, and that is precisely why the refusal is printed where you can hold us to it.

Video production and premium creative

An Accelerator or a fixed-scope project, bought on its own rather than folded in here.

Where an ad lands

Whatever an ad points at is a build, and builds are the first foundation's work.

Influencer fees and third-party tool licences

Paid by you, in your own accounts, and never marked up on the way through.

What stays in your own account

Your business profile, your ad account and the tracking set up on your site are yours, in your name, from the first day. The same rule covers anything paid to a third party. Spend, domains, hosting, tool subscriptions, licences. Our fee buys strategy, execution and accountability. We configure and manage what you own, and we leave it behind working if you leave.

What we put in writing

We are new, and no account screenshots, no logos and no numbers from past work appear here, because no engagement has been documented with consent yet.

A printed report on a desk, a pen resting across a page of figures.

Who does the work

Two parties do this work, and the line between them is published here rather than discovered in a handover.

The proof behind this work is founder proof, not a wall of client logos — three years of hands-on digital practice, a Google Analytics certification through Google Skillshop, which is where a Facebook campaign's results are actually read, and sector experience across airport concierge, immigration services, vehicle licensing, e-commerce retail and food distribution, stated by sector and never by name.

Founder

Kwasi Wiafe Kwapong

He decides which of the two platforms your money starts on, writes the audience structure, and signs off every advert before it runs.

A vetted delivery network builds the campaigns, produces the static creative and runs the daily adjusting under his quality control.

Diagnosis, strategy and the final quality pass stay with him.

Questions we get asked about Facebook and Instagram ads

The ones that come up before anybody signs anything.

Is this different from boosting a post?

Yes, and the difference is where the decision gets made. Boosting takes something you already published and pays for more people to see it. A campaign starts from who you need to reach and what you need them to do, and the creative is built for that. Boosting is not worthless, but it cannot be structured, and what cannot be structured cannot be read afterwards.

Who owns the profile and the ad account?

You do, and you keep both. We work inside your own business account with the access you grant us, and that access can be withdrawn the day you decide to stop. Nothing we set up leaves with us.

Who pays for the advertising itself?

You do, directly, from your own account. We never hold your advertising budget and we never mark it up. Which payment methods your account is offered is set by the platform rather than by us, and we confirm that with you before anything is scoped.

Do you make the videos?

Not inside this service. Ad copy and basic static creative are included; video production and premium creative are bought separately, as an Accelerator or a fixed-scope project. The scope says so before you have spoken to anyone, rather than after.

Should I be on Instagram at all?

That is a placement question, and the campaign answers it rather than a preference. Instagram is the smaller and narrower room in Ghana. For some products that is precisely the audience worth paying for, and for others it is a way of spending the same money on fewer people.

My enquiries come through WhatsApp. Does that break the reporting?

No, but it changes what has to be counted, so say it on the call. A conversation that starts on the platform and finishes in a chat is still a result, and the report has to be built to see it rather than to miss it.

How soon will I know whether it is working?

Cost per result moves first, usually well before anything shows up in the bank. We will not promise you a timeframe, because the honest answer depends on your offer and your price. What we do promise is that the baseline is documented before the first cedi is spent, so there is something to judge against.

What Facebook ads cost in Ghana

Nothing is priced before the audit.

The audit examines what you offer, who should see it and what you are trying to move, then produces a written itemised scope and the fee that matches it, together. A price named before that is a guess, and you carry the cost when a guess is wrong.

What moves the fee here is the amount of work the campaign needs, not the size of your budget. How many offers you are advertising, how many audiences that means building and keeping apart, whether there is creative worth reusing or none at all, whether your site can be tracked yet, and whether the existing account has a history worth repairing rather than replacing. One offer put to one audience is a smaller build than four products put to four.

If the work cannot justify the fee, we say so and decline. Our pricing explains what drives cost and quotes nothing.

Start with a call

Tell us what you offer, and whether you are already boosting posts and roughly what you have spent doing it. You will hear whether these platforms are the right place for your money, which of the two we would start on, and what we would measure. Nothing is priced or signed on the call.

Every enquiry gets a reply within one working day.
