Digital Authority in Ghana with SEO, AI search, digital PR and reputation management
Four services offered as one programme, because none of them produces authority on its own. Each is set out below, and the call tells you which one to start with.
Talk to us about digital authorityWhy these four are one service
Digital authority in Ghana is a compound result, and no single service produces it. Search visibility earns the traffic. Answer engines and earned press earn the citations. Reputation work earns the trust that makes both convert.
Watch what happens when one of them is missing. Ranking first for what you offer is worth less if the next thing a buyer finds is a thin profile and a low review average. Good reviews are worth less if nobody reaches what carries them. Being quoted by an answer engine is worth less if the site it points to cannot be found by someone who wants to check it.
So each of the four raises what the other three are worth, and every gap between them shows up as work that was paid for and did not land.
Split across separate suppliers, that compounding is the first thing you lose. Each supplier reports on its own piece, every piece looks busy, and nobody is answerable for the result the pieces exist to produce.
What the four do
Four services make up the foundation, and each one earns a different part of the result.
-
Earn the traffic
Search Engine Optimization
The technical state of the site, the architecture of its topics, and answers to what your buyers actually search for.
-
Earn the citations
AI Search Optimization
Clean structure, passages that survive being lifted out, and facts stated the same way everywhere so a machine can corroborate them.
-
Earn the coverage
Digital PR
Outreach that gets a business mentioned, quoted and linked by publications under no obligation to do it. Earned rather than bought, and that distinction is the whole discipline.
-
Earn the trust
Reputation Management
What buyers find when they check you. The profile, the reviews, the results carrying your name. It is the last thing a buyer looks at, and often the thing that settles them.
Each of the four is written up on its own, and that is where its full case gets made. This one is the argument for buying them together.
What digital authority looks like in Ghana
Three quarters of this country is on the internet. Under a quarter is on social media. That gap is where authority is either built or missed.
DataReportal's Digital 2026 Ghana report counts 26.3 million internet users, 74.6% of the population, against 8.59 million social media user identities, 24.4%. Both figures are published and you can check them. The larger room is reached by search, by whatever an assistant quotes, and by what somebody else has written about you. The smaller room is where most Ghanaian marketing budgets go.
The checking happens even when the first sighting is social. StatCounter's Ghana figures for August 2026 put Facebook at 64.83% of social referral traffic into Ghanaian sites, which means a business here is often seen on a feed and then verified in a search bar. What that second look returns is the whole of this foundation's work.
The second look often goes badly, and there is one Ghanaian figure worth citing on it. Mission Sign's The State of Digital Marketing in Ghana 2026, a self-published survey of 327 Ghanaian business owners, found that 39% of them held fewer than ten Google reviews. That is one agency's survey of 327 people rather than a national statistic, and we would rather label it than borrow something grander that nobody can produce.
Which of the four to start with
The audit decides the order, and it decides it after looking at your business rather than before. But the four fail in ways you will recognise, and you probably already know which one is yours.
Nobody can find you. People search for what you offer and your competitors come up instead. That is search engine optimisation, and it usually goes first, because the other three point back at a site that has to be findable.
They find you and do not believe you. The reviews are few, the profile is half filled, and what a buyer sees when they check your name argues against you. Start with online reputation management.
Nobody but you has ever written about you. Every mention of the business was published by the business. That is what digital PR is for. Coverage, quotes and links from publications under no obligation to give them.
An assistant is answering questions you should be answering. Buyers ask a chatbot before they ask anyone, and it names somebody else. That is AI search optimisation, and it is the one we would rarely start with, because it feeds on the structure the other three build.
If two of those describe you, say so on the call. Getting the order right is the cheap part.

What answer-engine work can do
It can make a business easier to quote, and that is the whole of the claim. Answer engines assemble replies out of sources they can parse, verify and trust, so the work is structural. Copy laid out so a passage keeps its meaning when it is lifted. Facts stated the same way everywhere they appear. Signals consistent enough that a machine reading three separate sources concludes they describe one business.
What it cannot do
It cannot compel anything. No answer engine can be made to cite, rank, include, or send traffic to a source on command. What improves is eligibility and clarity. Whether a given engine quotes you on a given day sits outside anyone's control, including ours, and anything that promised otherwise would be the first thing on this site you could prove wrong.
What is in scope
The foundation's scope, in its own words.
None of it includes a quantity fixed in advance. How much content, how much of the site, how much outreach. That is settled by the written scope the audit produces, once someone has looked at the business.
In scope
- Technical SEO — audit, crawl, index, speed, structured data and remediation
- Keyword and search-intent research
- Topical architecture and internal linking
- On-site optimisation
- Off-site authority building — digital PR outreach, unpaid placement, brand mentions and citation consistency
- AI-answer visibility and citation-readiness improvements
- Content briefs, and the content production your written scope sets
- Google Business Profile setup and optimisation
- Reputation monitoring
- The monthly reporting standard
What is out of scope, and what we refuse
Two different things are listed here, and the difference is the point. A boundary is work that is not included and could be, if you agreed a bigger scope. A refusal is work we will not do at any price, and it does not move.
How progress is reported
In writing, monthly, against a document you already hold, the written itemised scope, which states what is being done, in what order, and what it is expected to change. Every month after that, the work is judged against that scope rather than against whatever happened to look good that month.
Authority work is slow to show and easy to narrate loosely, which is why it carries the strictest reporting of anything offered here. What every report has to contain, including what did not work and what changed because of it, is fixed by the monthly reporting standard.
Which numbers move first when authority work starts
This is the slowest thing offered here, and the early months look like nothing at all if you are watching the wrong line.
The first things to move are technical and unglamorous. How much of your site is indexed. How many errors the crawl still reports. Whether your name, address and phone number read the same way in every place that carries them. Those shift within weeks, and they shift because somebody fixed something. They are not results. They are the conditions a result needs.
Impressions move next. Your site starts being shown for searches it was never shown for, before anybody clicks. Then positions on the specific phrases the written scope named. Then, last and slowest, enquiries, and by then several months have gone.
So a bad month is not a month with few enquiries. A bad month is one where the technical work stalled, no new coverage was earned, nothing changed in what a buyer finds when they check you, and the report leads with a number that rose on its own. When that happens, the report says so at the top rather than further down.
What nobody can promise is a position, a date, or a citation. What you are promised is that you will always know which of those stages the work is actually at.
What we put in writing
We are new, and there are no logos here and no numbers from past engagements, because none has been documented with consent yet. What it carries instead are commitments specific enough that you would know at once if we broke one.
Who does the work
On this foundation the founder does the diagnosis on all four himself. The technical crawl, the architecture of the topics, the list of publications worth approaching, and the audit of what a buyer finds today when they check your name. The delivery network writes the copy, builds the briefs and runs the outreach under his quality control.
That line is published here rather than discovered in a handover, and on this foundation it matters more than on most, because search is the founder's core expertise rather than one line on a menu.

Questions we get asked about buying the four together
The ones that come up before anyone signs anything.
Do we have to buy all four?
No. The audit often names one to start with and holds the others back until it would help. What you cannot do is buy one of them and expect the result the four produce together.
Which one comes first, usually?
Search, most of the time, because the other three point back at a site that has to be findable and readable. If what a buyer finds when they check your name is the thing losing you the sale, reputation goes first instead.
How long before any of this shows?
Longer than anything else we offer, and nobody honest will give you a date. What you get in the first week is a written itemised scope, and after that a monthly report judged against it rather than against whatever looked good.
Can you guarantee a top ranking, or a mention by an AI assistant?
No, and neither can anyone else. No search engine and no answer engine can be made to rank, cite or include you on command. What the work improves is eligibility and clarity, and we will not describe it as more than that.
We already have an SEO supplier. Does this replace them?
Only if you decide it should. What usually goes wrong with split suppliers is not the standard of the work. It is that each one reports on its own piece and nobody is answerable for the result the pieces exist to produce.
Is this the same as running our social media?
No. Social media is a room you rent from a platform. This foundation is about what a buyer finds after they leave that room and check you, in a search bar, in a publication, or in your reviews. Social media is offered separately.
What will this cost?
Nothing is priced before the audit, and no figure will appear here. What moves it is what your site and your profile already have, since a clean, well indexed site with an established profile needs different work from a business starting with neither.
How this is priced
Nothing is priced before the audit.
Not before the audit, and not by anyone who has not looked yet. Authority work varies with what a site already has. A business with a clean, well indexed site and an established profile needs different work from one starting with neither, and a fee quoted before anyone knows which is which is a guess you would be the one paying for.
So every engagement opens with an audit and a documented baseline, and the scope and the fee are settled together at the end of it. That process is set out in full, including how the audit sets scope and fee together.
