Referral partnerships in Ghana, for firms that serve business owners.
Referrals both ways, working alongside your firm, or a programme for your members. How each one works, what your client is told, and the one email that starts it.

Marketing Parasite serves growing Ghanaian businesses. So do accountants and lawyers, business consultants, IT and hosting providers, photographers and production houses, printers, software vendors, banks' SME desks, and industry associations. Same owners, different problems, and that overlap is the whole of what a partnership is built on.
A partnership makes sense when your clients keep asking you the questions we answer.
You should not have to answer those for free, or badly, or by guessing at who to recommend.
-
Why the website brings nothing in
-
Whether the ads are worth it
-
Why nobody can find them on Google
No logo wall
The easiest version of this would be a row of borrowed logos and the word "trusted". You have seen it. It costs nothing to assemble and proves nothing when assembled, and this site does not fake proof anywhere else, so it will not start here.
When a partnership exists and the partner agrees to be named, it will appear here, checkably. Until then, the process is what we publish.
The shapes it takes
If the collaboration you have in mind is not on this list, propose it. The list is what we have thought of, not what we are willing to consider. And a specialist who wants to execute inside our engagements is looking for the delivery bench, which is its own door.
-
Referral, in either direction
You send us a client whose growth problem is ours to solve; we send you ours whose problem is yours. Each referral is a named introduction, not a list swap. We do not trade contact databases, in either direction.
-
Working alongside
Your firm keeps the client relationship and we handle the marketing scope inside it, under our own name. The client always knows who is doing what. We do not ghost-write another firm's expertise, and we do not present yours as ours.

Serving your members
Associations and communities whose members are growing businesses can arrange sessions or diagnostic offers for those members. What we bring is the diagnosis; what we never bring is a sales script dressed as a seminar.
What happens to a client you send us
A diagnosis, not a pitch. Whoever you introduce gets the same first conversation as somebody arriving cold. What the business offers, what is actually losing them money, and what the smallest useful fix would be. Nothing is priced on that call, and the written scope comes after it. How we work sets out that sequence in full.
A possible no. A referred client is owed honesty, not an engagement. Where we cannot grow the thing, or cannot staff it properly, we decline, and you are told as well as them, so the introduction can go somewhere better instead of dying quietly in an inbox.
No pressure to buy the rest. If the diagnosis says the smallest useful thing is one screen rewritten, that is what gets recommended, not a retainer. Your name is on the introduction, and a client who felt pitched at remembers who sent them.
And nothing taken. An introduction is an introduction. Contacts you pass are not added to a list, are not pitched to, and are not used for anything but the conversation you asked for.
The rules, stated before anyone asks
Your reputation rides on whoever you recommend, and every rule below exists because we know it.
What we bring, and what we ask
We bring the discipline this whole site describes. Diagnosis before price, a written scope, monthly reports that admit what failed, a reply within one working day, and a clear no where the fit is wrong.
We ask for the mirror image. Honesty about what your firm does well, disclosure on your side of any arrangement, and no pressure on shared clients to buy what they do not need.
Questions firms ask before they refer anyone
The ones that come up before an introduction is made, rather than after it.
Do you pay a referral fee?
There is no published fee schedule here and no standard arrangement. What is fixed is the rule that sits above the money. If a fee or a percentage is agreed, it is written down before the first introduction, and the client being introduced is told about it.
Do I have to send you clients to be a partner?
No, and there is no quota in either direction. Working alongside your firm and running a session for your members are partnerships in their own right, and neither of them involves a referral at all.
Will you pitch my client the rest of your services?
Only what the diagnosis says they need. If the honest recommendation is smaller than what we would like to take on, it is still the recommendation, and if the answer is something we do not offer, they are told that instead.
How do I know what is worth referring to you?
The full list is under Services. Websites and conversion, digital authority, and paid media are the three families, with email, SMS, social and video offered alongside them. If your client's problem is not on that list, we are the wrong door and will say so on the first call.
We already work with an agency. Is there still a partnership here?
Possibly, and nothing here asks you to drop anyone. What we would want to know early is what the existing arrangement already covers, so that nothing is promised twice to the same client.
What happens if it goes badly?
You hear it from us before you hear it from your client. Where a shared engagement is going wrong, the monthly report says so and you are told what we are changing, because the risk you took was on your own name.
How to start
One email. [email protected], subject line Partnership. Say what your firm does, who your clients are, and which of the three shapes you have in mind.
You get a reply within one working day, and the first conversation is about fit, not terms. If the fit is wrong we will say so plainly, which is the same first favour we would do a client.
We attach. You grow.
